Virtual Services

We offer telehealth services to our clients.  To access my virtual office, please follow these instructions:

 

1.  Call (910) 367-5994 to schedule a telehealth visit

2.  Once you are scheduled, you can access "My Virtual Waiting Room" click below

3.  Use a computer, tablet, or phone that is equipped with a camera and microphone.

4.  Make sure you have a good internet connection.

5.  Restart your device before the visit.

6.  Use a browser to connect.  The following are recommended:

      a.  PC or Mac:  Chrome, FireFox, or Safari

      b.  Android:  Chrome

      c:  IOS (Apple):  Safari

      d:  Chromebook:  Chrome

7.  Click on the button below to enter my virtual waiting room.

8.  Allow your browser to share the webcam and microphone.

9.  Enter your name and click "Check In."

10.  While you are waiting, it is a good idea to check your camera and microphone by clicking on the button in the lower left corner that says, "Pre-call Test."
