We now offer telehealth services to our clients.  To access our virtual office, please follow these instructions:

1. Please go to this website: Video Visits

2. Click "Schedule Now", add your contact info, and brief reason for the visit and one of our friendly clinicians will get back to you to confirm and schedule your virtual visit with our provider(s).

3. Once you are scheduled, you can go to your telemedicine appointment by clicking 'Video Visit' or click below.

If telehealth visits don't work for you, please call our clinic at (910) 367-5994 to schedule a in-clinic visit.

Helpful Technical Stuff to Make your Tele Pleasant:

 

• Choose a well lit , quiet, and comfortable location for the video visit

• Use a computer, tablet, or phone that is equipped with a camera and microphone.

• Make sure you have a good internet connection (wi-fi or direct connection are best).

• Restart your device before the visit.

• Use a browser to connect.  The following are recommended:

      b.  Android:  Chrome

      c:  IOS (Apple):  Safari

      d:  Chromebook:  Chrome

• Allow your browser to share the webcam and microphone
